These terms and conditions govern and regulate your use of ran.co. Please read the terms in full before you use ran.co. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not make use of this website. Using the website will imply that you accept these terms.

We might occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.

Liabilities

The RAN™ terms and conditions prevent the consumer to hold the corporation or company responsible for any personal injury obtained and/or equipment failure during the use or non-use of this device. RAN™ also accepts no responsibility for all consumer-initiated damages and/or the loss of parts that incurred during the operation of the product.

RAN™ is released from all liability and responsibility relating to injuries that may occur during activity while using a RAN™ product. The consumer/user agrees to hold RAN Inc. entirely free from all liability, including but not limited to, financial responsibility for injuries incurred.

The consumer/user acknowledges all the risks that are involved in the activities. These include but are not limited to driving, racing, surfing, dirt biking, skiing, etc. The user must be participating on voluntary bases and all risks must have been made clear to the user.

The consumer waives all rights to bring a court case against RAN Inc.

 

Payment Methods

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

RAN Inc. is not capable to resolve payment/credit card problems with your financial institution when a credit card is declined. It is the responsibility of the consumer to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution or organization.

 

Defective and Damaged Items

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective products, please contact RAN™. via our website contact page stating your order number and product issue.

If an order arrives with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact the delivery company immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the products without contacting the delivery company, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

 

Refunds, Credits, and Balances Due

As soon as the delivery company receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle.

When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.
