If you are not completely satisfied with a RAN™ product, please return the package in its original state within 60 days of arrival for a full refund. The customer is required to pay the shipping costs that are associated with the return.
If your RAN™ mount is defective, there is a two-year guarantee on parts and workmanship. We will replace your RAN™ mount if a defect is abnormal or outside of typical repair. Warranty does not cover self-inflicted damage or damage due to the improper use of the product.

Defective and Damaged Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact RAN™ via our website contact page stating your order number and product issue.
If an order arrives with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact the delivery company immediately.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the products without contacting the delivery company, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
